Girl,woman,grandmother

I'll whisper silent words,
please do listen to the language
of your body, if it rebels,
then there is a good reason.

In our day and age do not
be naive, be always on the alert
and ask for help when you deem it
necessary.  Stand tall as a baby girl,
as a young girl, as a teenage girl,
as a young woman, middle age woman
or as a grandmother.  Be proud of who
you are and stand for your rights.
