never look in a mirror.
Never shut yourself in, but go out,
go out and see the world.
You will see that your sadness is not
as dark as you believe. In the sky
there's always a light that shines for all of us.
I just wish I had a friend to keep me company,
one who would keep silence until I speak.
One that would walk at my pace and offer me
a hand should I find a pebble sticking to my shoe,
or a soft and gentle hand who offers me a handkerchief
to wipe that salty taste that would eventually reach
my lips chapped by the cold or the heat...
That's what I would need to keep on living one
day at the time.
