but for sure they are physical,
it twists and turns your inside,
at times with reasons other
time just because we do not
take care of yourselves.
Knots are not only for marines
but rather for the normal
guy and gal on our daily
lives. They cause pains,
anxiety and tremendous
burning that we prefer to
let them burn by themselves.
I just wish someone from
around the world could tell
me the true meaning of
"Knots"....
