Future of the moon

The moon is there,
with her fidelity to the world,
she shines when needed,
darkens when is sad,
we see it with huge eyes,
or we force ourselves to find her.
From all the 5 continents we
each take our turns to salute
her. Faithfully she shines,
salutes us and leaves and leaves us
until next time.

Running

Running,  always running,running to nowhere,
running to meet people,
running to strange places,
running to my doctor,
running to my favorite spot,
running to see if I can catch my
dreams,
running to slowdown in life,
running to keep peace in me...
One day I will stop running,
and wondering why I was always
running...

Winter is approaching

Today all seemed more blue,
the water was silent,
the birds had gone,
bare branches were swinging
and frozen grass was crying,
all from the arrival of the
first real cold wind upon
the place I go and find peace....

Live and let live.

I live for myself,

I don't bother about food,

I do try to make human life

hell on my passage...

They feed me and I will love them.

I can see the daylight

I or you,
them or we,
can see the daylight,
I and you with the eyes
of the living...
Them only with the eyes
of the death.
Stop and listen to their
whispering & their cries,
their untold stories and their
pains.
"I will remember and enjoy
the daylight for them"....

Lost soul

I'm lost in a world of my own,
I'm unreachable to the  outside world,
no sounds comes out of my soul,
and no movements from my body,
but
I'm not death,
I'm very much alive,
one thing is missing in my life,
that is the brain to communicate and
be in harmony with my body.
How can I be happy,
when happiness is a stranger and keeps
slipping through my fingers...
I try,
O how I  try to no avail,
so I keep silence and just wait for the
angels to come and get me .....

Autumn slowly leaving us....

 

A myriad of colors that almost blinds you,

leaves dancing a tanrantella in the skies,

and WE can only wish to see them again

soon after a long and colorless period..... 

Beauty in my backyard

We don't need to go far to see and enjoy
beauty.
5 minutes away from my place there's still
fantastic place full of colors, leaves on the ground
and crazy seagulls running after squirrels....

Enjoy what your have in your own backyard,
life is short and what passes never comes back.

Leave it to nature

Wind is howling
leaves are dancing,
river is singing,
clouds are following me
and I'm still chasing
my favorite wildlife
bird to photograph.........

Forest walks

 

Walk and do not fear "fear" in the forest

where life is your friend!

The little leaf....

Should I or should I not
follow that almost
inviting trail in the unknown
I stop and listen to the wind
blow softly through the
branches crying for the loss of their
leaves and know that soon they
will shiver from the cold.
A leaf finishing it's balancing
act lands at my feet and I hesitate
to step over it for fear of maybe,
just maybe, I might hear a scream.
No little leaf I will pick you up and
save you in the pages of my loved
book for me to admire and dream
of the season of life after an hibernation...

A wish..

Cry wolf once too many,
 does not pay...
Cry wolf once and mother nature will try
it's best to accommodate your wishes.
Twinkle twinkle little star, do bring me a little smile...

When the days go by.....

"When the days go by
don't cry for yesterday,
just remember the good
and forget the bad events,
enjoy the time left and
hope for a better tomorrow.......".

as I was watching an older man
looking at the remenents of this flower.

Tonight

Tonight I braved the dark clouds
ignoring the heavy air
I needed to walk
let go steam accumulated during the day
I needed to recharge my batteries
even if only for a short while.
What a phenomenal show I assisted
without even knowing it's theme,
I stood under a thin falling rain for a second
 then suddenly the world in front of me
just with an invisible wang by an angel
started it's magnificent sundown imaginable.
The seagulls stopped their running flights and landed
and kept looking as if they too were stunned by the
sudden change.....

What do you see?

Emotions

Light and Shadows ....
reflections of one's life.

Summer is slowly dying

 

Summer is stretching itself,

nights are breezy and cool,

children have started school

my life is like this leaf awaiting

for the white fluffy snow to 

come and gently caress my face

and put colors in my cheek.

I'm loosing a lot

Like a tree full of leaves
when the wind blows
it looses it's beauty for
a determined lifespan.
I loose much more,
I'm loosing my youth
and heading straight to
old age.......

I am free

Let me fly on my own terms,
I am a survivor
and I can take good care
of myself...
Do not cry for me,
I shall roam the seven seas,
my spirit is free and with no
frontiers....

Saying

I look and don't see,
I smell and I choke,
I feel water on my toes but they are not wet,
I shiver and it's hot,
I cry but the sky is clear,
I know the feeling of being helpless
in front of nature when it's on fire
from shear stupidity of mankind....

Uncertain Future...

This shot was taken last evening on the shores

of Lake St-Louis end of Lachine - beginning of Dorval. 
It was sad to see this person talking on the phone
enumerating all his fears if the PQ would win.
I did not ask his name but stood there and said to myself,
what in the world will happen to us who went through
all these emotions if the PQ wins again. 
I managed to survive in early 1960 when M.Levesque
started his movement because I was young and stupid,
I did not follow the long line of exodus.
In the mid 1976 when PQ won,
I was a parent and did not have energy or
courage to leave my parents behind so I toughed it out.
In 1995 my children were almost adults
& could not force them out of their native province. 
Why should I with my white hair have to go through
another period of turbulence and uncertainty,
see more exodus of friends, relatives
and maybe my own grandaughters.....
So I just packed my camera, walked back to the car
and just resigned said to myself:
"May the good winds help us all".       

Ti seguiro

Tonight I felt strange
it's not even a
full moon or a blue moon.
I sat there looking at
her glowing face while my fingers
were itching to touch her.
My mind said "don't be stupid,
let her go her own way",
my ears were blocking
all reasoning while
my feet were saying
"Follow the moon
and see were it will lead
you....

I was a young girl dreaming of
a flight to the moon!
And you managed and granted
my wish by going there &
showing the world and me
what it was like.

Personal Storm

D'ont let a storm put fear in your life,

A storm is equivalent of a bad dream,
once it's passed you can rebuild your life,
your body and mostly your mind...

Nature Paradise

There's a guiding moon tonight!

There's a moon tonight
coming from farway,
silently it stands there
on top of a mountain of
clouds or just the little
clouds who joined in with
her to show me the
light at the end of the tunnel.
Thank you Moon, you are
my friend and my guide,
I too will find the exit of
this tunnel by just following you,
with my load of fear and
tears, now I feel 100 years
younger and lightfoot
to the dancing of your tunes ...

To be young & in love

Flower give pleasure

If only a flower could talk....

we treasure them in a dried
condition.

End of hot summer days

Even the flowers are starting to look beautiful
after 2 weeks of intensive heat.
Now it started to cool off and the flowers are
breathing better.

Blindness

Even in darkness hours
where I can't see you for
my blind eyes don't recognize
what little they see,
my feeling are always on the look
out and working overtime.
In full daylight, all my other senses
are assaulting my conscience
in search of running away truth.

Hell ....

What is 'HELL', I don't believe that I know.
Could it be a physical or mind state?
Is hell our life time and when a person
leaves this world now can be considered in peace!

My, yours, ours is mostly of misery or
an illusive state of well being if you have
a fortune,  but come sickness and you
are like everyone else, since all that fortune
can't buy you happiness or exclude you
from pain.  All that fortune you can't bring
it with you when you pass away,  it does not
protect you from people without scruples
and you life in fear all the life that you spent
on earth.  So Hell is while you live and
peace is once you are gone back to creation
of time.              

Faceless opponents

At times being faceless is admitted, but most of
